So, I am going to give the blogging scene another try. I am additcted to reading them espcially Amanda Harden and Claire Ewing Powell's..these are my favorites among many others. If you know anything about my life you know there have been many changes lately. My favorite and the most exciting is the addition of Maxx to my family.
MAXX'S STORY: On April 11 right before they closed Matt and I wandered into the Starkville Humane Society to look at what they might have. We were going to check out some white lab mix puppies they had on their website...little did we know waiting on us in the first cage was a teeny, tiny, malnurished, abused, full-blooded weimaraner. He was a beautiful blue, despite the fact that he weighed almost nothing. The staff informed us that he had only been released for adoption the day before. In that twenty-four hours three people had already looked at him. After checking out the rest, and clearly none compared to him Matt said, "If we're getting one it's him." So, that night I talked to my mom and got the go ahead. The next morning as soon as they opened I adopted the sweetest puppy you'll ever meet.
Soooo five weeks later my little baby is now completely healthy, vaccinated, and FAT! He constantly amuses me and is always putting on a show. If you follow me on Twitter, I would like to apologize for my constant tweets and pictures of the little baby.
Movinggg on...Yes, I can talk about something besides my dog..maybe. Anyway the second big change is the I am not longer a Mississippi State Student. Sad Sad Sad day, so friends I am now enrolled at Mississippi University for Women in the Speech Pathology program. Wish me luck.
I hope you sincerely enjoyed my first little post. I do hope that there are more to come.
Love to you all, Marysusan
