So..Thursday night I was in the Hangover II with Matt (hilarious movie, worth seeing) and Alden calls me twice. I finally text her in the movie, which I hate when people do and she says we are going to the beach tomorrow? Well duhhh I'm down for a spur of the moment beach trip. I go home, wake up super early to inform Bonnie I'm leaving and pack. Eight hours later we're HERE!!!! I am burnt to a crisp--mizzzz but hey I'm at the beach so I'll make it work. We are having a blasstt. Such a good time catching up with one of my bestfriends. While I have been here I've started on some summer reading..starting with "Weird" by Pastor Craig Groeshcel. It is very different. The short version so far is basically as a Christian we are not suppose to be normal, we should strive to be WEIRD and outside of the box in our faith. I am diggin it so far, I'll let you know how it turns out and if I recommend it or not. I hope everyone is enjoying your summer as much as I am, atleast until my classes start on Wednesday.

ANNNDDDD this wouldn't be a true post if Baby Maxx wasn't mentioned, my sweet sweet mother is doggie sitting and from what I hear he has been an angel. Getting to sleep in a dog bed instead of his crate (getting SPOILED). Typical. She texted me this pic of him "chillin" outside.
